Production Deliverables

DEFINED AROUND YOUR BRIEF

  • Modular environment pieces
  • Environment prop families
  • Trim sheets and tileable materials as scoped
  • Optimization and LOD support
  • Organized engine-ready asset delivery

For Production Leads

CONTROL BEFORE VOLUME

  • A modular plan before volume production
  • Shared scale, texel density, and pivot rules
  • Representative asset approval
  • Consistent material and wear language
  • Performance targets established up front

MILITARY BASES, INDUSTRIAL SETS AND MODULAR KITS

Our environment work leans on the same hard-surface strength as our weapons and vehicles. Military bases, bunkers, checkpoints, warehouses and industrial interiors depend on believable construction, consistent wear and modular pieces that snap together on the grid.

  • Modular wall, floor and structural kits
  • Military and industrial set dressing
  • Prop families that share materials and trim sheets
  • Tileable materials and trim sheets as scoped

BUILT FOR YOUR LEVEL AND PERFORMANCE TARGETS

We start from your blockouts, concepts and modular dimensions, agree scale, texel density and pivot rules, and approve a representative piece before volume production. Every asset is delivered engine-ready for Unreal Engine 5 or Unity.

AAA EXPERIENCE BEHIND EVERY ASSET

Rope Studios is led by founder Vikas Kumar, a hard-surface artist with 8+ years of AAA experience at Dekogon, Virtuos and Slipgate Ironworks. His credits include The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Forza Motorsport. Your leads talk directly with the artist responsible for quality, not a sales layer.

Working Model

A REVIEWABLE PRODUCTION FLOW

Align

Confirm the brief, quality target, technical specification, ownership terms, and review owners.

Review

Share work at agreed milestones so direction is resolved before expensive final-stage changes.

Deliver

Validate the approved files against the agreed naming, format, and technical requirements.

Security & IP

How we handle your files

What your vendor-approval checklist will ask, answered before the first call.

NDA before files

We sign a mutual NDA, yours or ours, before you share references, concept art or proprietary files.

Your tools, your depot

We work in your Perforce depot, Google Drive or Unreal source build, and track tasks in Jira if that is your setup.

Need-to-know access

Your files are shared only with the lead and artists assigned to your project. You talk to them directly.

You own the IP

Source files and full IP transfer to you on payment. Client work never appears in our portfolio without written approval.

Buyer FAQ

BEFORE YOU SEND A BRIEF

Can you work from blockouts and concept art?

Yes. Level blockouts, concepts, reference boards, modular dimensions, and gameplay constraints can form the basis of a production brief.

Can you create a complete environment?

Scope is assessed from the asset list, modular kit, materials, set dressing, engine work, schedule, and available art direction before a commitment is made.

How do you maintain consistency across a kit?

An approved representative asset, shared technical rules, and scheduled review points establish the standard for the remaining production set.

DISCUSS THE NEXT PRODUCTION NEED

Share the asset scope, target quality, engine, and schedule. Get an initial budget range from the quote estimator, or book a call and we will review the fit before proposing next steps.
