DEFINED AROUND YOUR BRIEF
- Exterior and mechanical modeling
- High-poly to optimized game mesh
- UVs and PBR material sets
- Weathering aligned to art direction
- LOD and engine-delivery requirements as scoped
For Production Leads
CONTROL BEFORE VOLUME
- Reference and proportion alignment
- Approval before detail production
- Readable materials at gameplay distance
- Controlled geometry and texture budgets
- Organized final and source files
MILITARY VEHICLES WE BUILD
Military vehicles are where hard-surface precision shows most. We build:
- Tanks and armored fighting vehicles
- APCs, IFVs and military trucks
- Jeeps and light utility vehicles
- Helicopters, aircraft and drones
- Static and destroyed variants for environments
CIVILIAN AND SCI-FI VEHICLES
The same discipline applies to cars, trucks, industrial machinery and fictional vehicles. We match proportions to orthographic references or concept art, and keep the mechanical logic believable even when the design is invented.
RIG-READY PARTS: WHEELS, TRACKS, TURRETS AND DOORS
Vehicles that move need to be built for it. Wheels, tracks, suspension, turrets, hatches and doors are modeled as separate parts with clean pivots and naming, so your technical artists can rig and animate without rebuilding the mesh.
AAA EXPERIENCE BEHIND EVERY ASSET
Rope Studios is led by founder Vikas Kumar, a hard-surface artist with 8+ years of AAA experience at Dekogon, Virtuos and Slipgate Ironworks. His credits include The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth and Forza Motorsport. Your leads talk directly with the artist responsible for quality, not a sales layer.

A REVIEWABLE PRODUCTION FLOW
Align
Confirm the brief, quality target, technical specification, ownership terms, and review owners.
Review
Share work at agreed milestones so direction is resolved before expensive final-stage changes.
Deliver
Validate the approved files against the agreed naming, format, and technical requirements.
Security & IP
How we handle your files
What your vendor-approval checklist will ask, answered before the first call.
NDA before files
We sign a mutual NDA, yours or ours, before you share references, concept art or proprietary files.
Your tools, your depot
We work in your Perforce depot, Google Drive or Unreal source build, and track tasks in Jira if that is your setup.
Need-to-know access
Your files are shared only with the lead and artists assigned to your project. You talk to them directly.
You own the IP
Source files and full IP transfer to you on payment. Client work never appears in our portfolio without written approval.
Buyer FAQ
BEFORE YOU SEND A BRIEF
What references are needed for a vehicle brief?
Orthographic or multi-angle references, target quality examples, gameplay distance, damage or weathering direction, and technical budgets produce the clearest estimate.
Can the work be delivered for Unreal Engine?
Engine, naming, collision, LOD, and material requirements are confirmed in the brief before delivery expectations are set.
How is vehicle complexity estimated?
Visible interiors, mechanical detail, attachments, damage states, texture count, LODs, and target fidelity all affect scope and schedule.
DISCUSS THE NEXT PRODUCTION NEED
Share the asset scope, target quality, engine, and schedule. Get an initial budget range from the quote estimator, or book a call and we will review the fit before proposing next steps.
